高频焊管磁棒（又称阻抗器磁棒、铁氧体导磁棒）是高频直缝焊管生产线的关键消耗件，由软磁铁氧体制成，置于焊管内腔线圈后方，集中高频磁场使电流聚焦管坯焊接边缘，提升效率、降耗、改善焊缝。

感应线圈激发高频涡流，电流因集肤与邻近效应集中边缘；磁棒约束磁力线，迫使电流聚焦焊接 V 角，抑制能量内散、收窄热影响区。

        产品分实心（FRS，外径×长度）与空心水冷（FRSH，外径×内径×长度）两类。空心型内置水道，适合大电流高速生产，寿命更长。小口径薄壁管选 FRS，中大口径及高速线选 FRSH；磨损或焊缝异常及时更换，空心型须接循环冷却水。

        High-frequency welded pipe magnetic rods (impeder / ferrite cores) are key consumables for HF longitudinal welded pipe lines. Made of soft ferrite and placed inside the tube behind the   coil, they concentrate the HF field to focus current on the weld edges—boosting efficiency, cutting power use, and improving seams.

       The coil induces HF eddy currents that concentrate at the edges by skin / proximity effects; the rod channels flux to the weld V, suppressing inward loss and narrowing the heat-affected zone.

        Two types: solid (FRS, OD×length) and hollow water-cooled (FRSH, OD×ID×length). The hollow type suits high-current, high-speed lines with longer life. Choose FRS for small thin-wall tubes, FRSH for larger / high-speed lines; replace when worn and connect cooling water for hollow types.
